The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Knowledge-Based Investment Holding \u201cPasargad Health Industries Smart Technology\u201d was held on April 13, 2026, in Tehran at Bank Pasargad\u2019s Third Millennium Building. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ghasemi, the respected CEO of Bank Pasargad, along with several of his deputies, members of the company\u2019s Board of Directors, the statutory auditor, and shareholders representing 100% of the company\u2019s shares.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The meeting continued with a report on the company\u2019s performance and development plans, with particular emphasis on expanding its activities in maritime-based aquaculture and advancing the cage fish farming value chain.
